Always Fewer Than 6
Our Pledge to You
We pledge to always provide exceptional individualized care by only accommodating a maximum of six residents to one care giver.
Ratio matters!
Ratio matters!
Because the licensing body, The Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS), does not place a caregiver-to-resident ratio requirement on licensed facilitates, most commercial facilities average one caregiver to twelve residents in the state of Texas. At A Daughter’s Care we understand that the quality of care is directly impacted by the caregiver-to-resident ratio. As a result of this knowledge, we pledge to never have more than six residents at a time. If you or your loved one requires more care, a residential assisted living facility will provide you with better ratios. This unique caregiver-to- resident ratio allows us the opportunity to provide individualized care at a level of excellence that the average commercial facility is unable to obtain.
